When and why did you get involved with KVSC?

I got involved in the fall 2024 semester because I wanted to get more experience in journalism and knew that KVSC had a news department where I could get that experience.

What show(s) do you currently host on KVSC and what shows have you hosted in the past?

I host news shows varying days of the week depending on the semester. For DJ shows, I’ve done Alt-Shift in the past, but I really just fill in for shows whenever needed.

What are some of the artists you consider a must-play on your show(s)?

Royel Otis.

What music do you listen to when not tuned into KVSC?

A lot of indie/folk music!

What is the most embarrassing or shameful music phase you went through?

I don’t really have one. I’ve always been someone who listens to whatever. I’m not really a genre-heavy person and didn’t really have any music phases.

What are your hobbies/interests?

I love writing, reading, and binge-watching movies/shows.

What would you like to be doing in 5 years?

Hopefully if everything works out, I’ll be a journalist in a big city somewhere.
