An Elk River man was cited for failing to stop for a traffic control signal in the south side of St. Cloud.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says 19-year-old James Krasky was travelling with his car east bound via the intersection of 9th Avenue South and University Drive. He was allegedly failed to stop at the intersection and hit another car heading east bound driven by 35-year-old Thomas Edward Murray of St. Cloud. Murrey fled the scene on foot before the arrival of police officers.

Burke says Murray was cited for driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of property damaged as a result of the crash. No injuries were reported in the crash.
