The Chamber Music Society of St. Cloud is presenting La Grande Bande.

Members of this period instrument orchestra and chorus share a program featuring French composers during the reign of Louis the 15th that highlight the increased influence of Italian bravura while maintaining their innate French-ness.

La Grande Bande strives to present innovative, unique and inspiring musical programs . With performances called “warm and sensitive” by the Star Tribune, they seek to reintroduce classical music to communities using the instruments and techniques premiere audiences might have heard.

The concert is Sunday May 22nd starting at 3 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Mary in downtown St. Cloud.
