The St. Cloud State University Contemporary Ensemble is presenting a virtual concert.

The Contemporary Ensemble has been developing skills in remote rehearsing and recording in preparation for this virtual concert broadcast.

The program features music from Gene Priztker, Michael Buble, Steve Reich, Eve Bulgarian, and Daniel Bernard Roumain. Some of the recordings are audio only, while some feature a video made for the piece. The Contemporary Music Ensemble is a combination of students seeking experiences normally provided by a jazz ensemble, rock ensemble, contemporary chamber music and percussion ensemble.

The concert is Wednesday, April 28th starting at 7:30 p.m. on YouTube–it’s open to the entire community.
