American Book Award-winning author Ed Bok Lee will share new, hybrid poetry and prose, as well as conduct a writing exercise and sharing circle. Emphasis will be placed on helping participants develop new hybrid forms of creative writing that incorporate on-site library research, the local environment, and the natural world. Ed Bok Lee is a fiscal year 2023 recipient of a Creative Support for Individual Grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
