Got a prairie garden? Thinking of installing one? Wondering about maintenance and how best to care for your native prairie garden site?

There will be a class held at The Weyerhaeuser Memorial Museum in Little Falls, the Prairie Gardens Maintenance class will use the museum’s garden as the site for instructor Ben Wood to use as an example of how to care for and manage your native landscape. Established in 1977, not long after the museum was built, the prairie’s recent burn will serve as an example of routine maintenance and the ins and outs of prairie garden care.

Classes will take place on June 26th starting at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Registration is required.
