The SCSU Planetarium will be hosting a collection of showings for science enthusiasts of all ages during St. Cloud State University’s  Homecoming 2022 on Oct. 17-22,

The Planetarium, which is located in the Wick Science Building on campus, will hold a total of 14 showings with two taking place on Friday, Oct. 21 and 12 occurring on Saturday, Oct. 22.

Showings begin with an exploration of the solar system as well as what lies beyond it, then discovers what research is being done to venture back to the moon. Also included will be movies shown about dinosaurs as well as supervolcanic eruptions, switching things up by taking a look at how life on the planet has changed and continues to change.

The showings will also provide a chance to take a look through satellites and telescopes.
