Make Denim Yarn Activity at Waite Park Library
February 23 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The Waite Park Library is inviting you to learn how to make denim yarn at a friends and family event.
Attendees will learn to turn an old pair of jeans into “yarn” that can be crocheted, knitted, braided, woven, or hooked. You should bring a cast off pair of denim jeans (the larger the jeans, the more yarn you’ll get), and a pair of sharp fabric shears. Feel free to bring an extra-large crochet hook or pair of knitting needles if you have them. This program will start after the library closes. The program is aimed at teens and adults.
This crafty activity is taking place on Wednesday, February 23rd from 5 to 6 p.m.
