Governor Mark Dayton was invited to speak to St. Cloud community members Tuesday about racial discrimination and hate crimes toward minorities. Assistant News Director Korina Borash captured views of audience members in this AUDIO STORY.  

The NAACP hosted Dayton and a forum panel including Mayor Dave Kleis, State Rep. Jim Knoblach and Police Chief Blair Anderson at the St. Cloud Public Library. The discussion began at 1 p.m. and lasted for more than two hours.
