Governor Mark Dayton will be visiting St. Cloud Tuesday to give a speech about minority groups living in St. Cloud.

Dayton will speak about issues concerning racial intimidation, racial hate crimes against Somalis and refugees in Central Minnesota. The meeting will take place at the St. Cloud Public Library at 1 p.m.

St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis and State Representative Jim Knoblach will be among guests attending the event. The community conversation is hosted by National Association for The Advanced People of Color.
