St. Cloud Police are investigating a gunshot incident that left one man hospitalized.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says officers were called to the 700 block of 13th Street South just after midnight on Friday on reports of gunshots in the area.

Police found a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of his non-life threatening injury. No other injuries were reported.

Sergeant Burke says officers do not believe this was a random incident and say there is no danger to the general public.

Police are still looking for the suspect involved.Officers are unsure if this incident is related to any previous shootings in the area.
