Voting is underway for KVSC’s Top 88 of 2025!

It’s an annual tradition stretching back more than a quarter century. Your Sound Alternative determines the best albums of the preceding year by asking station staff, listeners, and anyone who wants to participate to submit their lists of their 20 favorites that were released during that span.

The KVSC Music Department tabulates the results and compiles a Top 88 list that we’ll reveal on a special edition of our Crispy Tuesdays programming. The 2025 Year in Review special airs on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. The show starts at 7:00 PM and culminates with the top album being revealed and played in its entirety at the 10:00 PM hour!

Only albums that were spun as part of KVSC’s main music rotation are eligible for the station’s official Top 88. You can reference the list of albums we played in our main music rotation at this link. You can include albums we didn’t play on your personal list (and we definitely want to learn about everything you liked), but those particular titles won’t be included in our final tally.

Submit your selections by filling out the form below. Ballots are due by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
