Drivers should be prepared to slow down on Highway 23 between Richmond and Roscoe as traffic is reduced to one lane today until 5 p.m.

Minnesota Department of Transportation says closures are needed for crews to repair segments of the roadway.

Flaggers will be directing motorists allowing one-way, alternating traffic.
