The Human Rights Commission is hosting a discussion forum about housing and conditions for the homeless in the regions of Sartell, Sauk Rapids, St. Joseph and St. Cloud.

The discussion forum will begin at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 20 at St. Cloud City Hall.
