The NSIC Champion St. Cloud State Husky baseball team advanced to round two of the NCAA Div. II Central Region Tournament. The team now plays Minnesota State, Mankato. [UPDATE] Due to a rainy morning, SCSU will play MSU-Mankato an hour later at 4:30 p.m. 

KVSC continues broadcasting  live coverage of Husky games througout the tournament with other games aired via online audio stream. Join KVSC’s award-winning Sports Team as the Huskies attempt to advance to the NCAA Tournament. Pregame begins at 4:15 p.m.

The tournament is double-elimination and the winner advances on to the NCAA Tournament. This is SCSU’s second straight appearance and third appearance in 20 seasons in the tournament.

Other teams selected to the regional include Mesa State out of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC), Minnesota State out of the NSIC, Nebraska-Kearney out of the RMAC and Winona State out of the NSIC.
