St. Cloud State University’s International Student Association will be hosting the Global Gala this Saturday in the Atwood Memorial Center Ballroom.

 

The ISA says the cultural night is an “international prom” featuring diversity and international expression ranging from performances to showcase music, dance, martial arts and more from across the world.

 

ISA president Valerie Ang says the event was established to build friendships from across the world. She adds international students are here to learn about American culture and to share their own cultures as well.

 

The gala begins at 5 p.m. on Saturday in the Atwood Memorial Center Ballroom. Tickets are on sale at the kiosks in the Atwood Memorial center the cost to attend the event is $5.
