Drivers should be aware of a temporary road closure between St. Michael and Rogers starting Tuesday.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says lanes will be reduced from three to two on both directions of I-94 between Highway 101 and 241. The closure is not supposed to interfere with rush hour traffic.

The closure will help crews complete landscaping, post signs and other off-road work. When the construction is complete the highway will have four lanes.

Drivers should use caution and follow instructions given by crews.
