More road construction is coming to the Monticello area due to the Bridge Rehabilitation Project.

Beginning on Monday, April 13 at 7 p.m. motorists can expect slow traffic or delays in both directions of I-94 at Wright County Road located just west of Monticello. This stretch of road will be reduced to a single lane. All lanes will reopen at 5 a.m. on April 14.

These lanes are the first of many lane closures that will occur throughout June in order to repair the County Road 111 Bridge and road surface.When the project is complete it will extend the life of the bridge and create smoother driving conditions for motorists.
