The St. Cloud Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will be hosting a meeting to inform the public about a level three predatory offender moving into the area.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says Harold Eugene Beals will be moving into the 100 Block of 14th Avenue Northeast in St. Cloud on January 7. Beals was convicted of engaging in sexual contact with two young girls, ages 2 and 6. He has currently served his sentence and is not wanted by police.

The informational meeting will be held on January 5 at 6 p.m. at the St. Cloud Police Department’s training rooms in the main lobby.
