An adult man and a teenage boy were arrested on charges of domestic assault after a fight on the south side of St. Cloud early Tuesday morning.

St. Cloud police sergeant Jason Burke says officers responded to a report of a medical emergency in the 1100 block of 7^th Street Southeast at about 4 a.m. Police say there was a fight between 44-year-old Keith Lamar Wheeler and a 16-year-old boy. Wheeler and the boy both received injuries in the incident and were taken to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment.

Wheeler was later taken to the Sherburne County Jail and is being charged with 3^rd degree assault and domestic assault. The boy was taken to Lino Lakes Detention Facility and is facing charges of 2^nd degree assault and domestic assault.
