A 26-year-old man was cited for reckless driving and not having insurance after his vehicle crashed into a garage Wednesday afternoon.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says Jeremy Edward Jones was driving with a revoked driver’s license. Burke says Jones was driving at a high speed on eastbound 7th Street North about 2:30 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle. He crashed into a garage in the 600 block of 11th Avenue North. Jones believes the accident happened due to mechanical issue with the vehicle.

He received minor injuries and went to the hospital on his own.
