St. Cloud Police are investigating whether a gunshot into a man’s south side apartment was accidental or not.

On Wednesday, shortly after 4:30 p.m. police were called by a 56-year-old man who lives in the 300 block of 3rd Avenue South. He reported that someone shot a bullet into his apartment through the ceiling. No one was injured.

Police consider this an active case and are asking for the tips from the public to be called to them or Tri-County Crimestoppers.
