St. Cloud Federal Credit Union has created a new position to lead its online services. Melissa Johnson was named the Director of Virtual Services and Delivery Channels.

President and CEO, Jed Meyer, says Johnson will be part of the Senior Management Team responsible for the overall strategy, execution in delivery and virtual experience. She will also deal with members’ experience, employee and organizational efficiencies and vendor management.

Johnson has been the Senior Product Manager for NativeX and a member of the Board of Directors for St. Cloud Federal Credit Union.

She has an MBA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and more than 20 years of experience in corporate and small companies.
