The Minnesota Military Radio has received two 2015 AVA Digital Awards.

The Minnesota National Guard Colonel Kevin Olson says the awards recognize excellence by creative professionals who are responsible for the planning, concepts, directions, design and production of digital documentations.

Olson says they received a golden award for producing a package called “Tracing the Red Bulls from WWII to Today.” He adds they also earned an Honorable Mention of “Veterans Day Lives”.

Productions are evaluated on the basis of digital engagement campaign, audio and video documents, website development, social media interaction and mobile marketing.
