A St. Michael woman was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital after a motorcycle crash Sunday afternoon in Lynden Township southwest of Clearwater.

Stearns County Sheriff John Sanner says deputies responded to an accident at the intersection of County Road 44 and 203 Street East. 32-year-old Elias Bresin of St. Michael along with his passenger 32-year-old Michelle Tice were driving a motorcycle northbound on County Road 44. Besin lost control of the bike on the curve side of the road and slid into the ditch.

Bresin received minor injuries, and Tice suffered moderate injuries. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries. Deputies issued Bresin a citation for driving conduct.
