Archived: Northstar Link Commuter Bus To Have New Schedule For Its Southbound Service
Northstar Link Commuter Bus has changed its Saturday’s schedule for its southbound service.
Metro Bus Marketing and Communications Manager Berta Hartig says routes number 887 and 887T will have a new schedule on Saturdays to assure that people can catch the train to the Twin Cities. Starting on May 2nd, southbound Northstar Link will leave the Metro Bus Transit Center located in downtown 15 minutes earlier to give customers enough time to buy train fares in Big Lake.
Hartig says they would have a service on June 6th, but it would be dependent on the schedule of football games played in Twin Cities. If effective, the bus would leave the Metro Bus Transit Center 30 minute earlier than its current schedule that is 12:05. As of now, they are certain of having a service on July 11th.
The public is encouraged to check schedules with the company to avoid any misunderstanding.
