Andy Ditlevson Interview on Job Hunting
KVSC News Reporter Mike Doyle sat down with Andy Ditlevson, associate director of the Career Services Center at St. Cloud State, to talk about the recent Senior Survey, which polled spring 2011 graduates and employers actively hiring about job expectations. Ditlevson conducted the survey and shares some of the results, which showed significant gaps between job expectations of graduating seniors and employers. Also, Ditlevson gives advice to job hunters about using social networks as a doorway into their chosen career.
