Eating your favorite author’s words: four years of Edible Books at SCSU Miller Center
In this tasty installment of the Untold Stories of Central Minnesota, Arts and Cultural Heritage Producer Jeff Carmack brings us the Edible Book Contest at SCSU’s Miller Center.
Now in its fourth year, the Edible Book Contest began as part of the celebration of the Miller Center’s 10 year anniversary, and has been continued each year since because it is just so fun and interesting. Bon appetite!
