On October 26, 2015 Governor Mark Dayton, Mayor Kleis, Representative Knoblach, Human Right Commissioner Kevin Lindsey and African American Program Specialist Nimel, visited St. Cloud to address racial issues occurring in the city in the form of a Q and A forum.
