Granite City Radio Theatre Season 12 Episode 4 with Special Musical Guest Dan Murphy
They say all good things must come to an end, and we’re afraid the truth of that adage extends to the 12th season of KVSC’s Granite City Radio Theatre.
If we have to end the season, at least we send it off in style with special musical guest Dan Murphy.

Murphy was the original guitarist for Soul Asylum and a founding member of alt-country supergroup Golden Smog, and he currently serves as one half of the Twin Cities rock duo The Scarlet Goodbye. He plays songs from all three of those acts, joined on stage by Collective Unconscious, the tremendous GCRT house band.
And there’s so much more! Jay Terry hosts the evening’s proceedings and is joined by Heather, Mackenzie, and even outgoing Granite City Radio Theatre producer Jeff Carmack for hilarious comedy sketches.

Of course, the show also features thrilling radio drama from Shades Brigade.

And Dan Barth presides over a devilish trivia contest, testing the knowledge of our special musical guests as well as the winners from the two previous episodes in a real battle royale.

This program was performed live on stage at the Pioneer Place on Fifth, in downtown St. Cloud, Minnesota. It was made possible through support from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
