St. Cloud Residents Devour the 5th Annual Edible Book Festival
Have you ever wanted to see someone eat their words? In this tasty installment of the Untold Stories of Central Minnesota, Arts and Cultural Heritage Producer Jeff Carmack brings us an untold story that does just that. It’s the 5th Annual Edible Book Contest at SCSU’s Miller Center. The Edible Book Contest began as part of the celebration of the Miller Center’s 10 year anniversary and has continued to grow in participation and attendance every year as librarians and book lovers pull out all the Pinterest and “puny” stops to bring their favorite books to life.
