The EXTENDED Untold Story of the St. Cloud Optimists Club Recognized as the Optimists International Club of the Year
In today’s EXTENDED Untold Story of Central Minnesota, Arts & Cultural Heritage Producer Jeff Carmack visits with members from the St. Cloud Morning Optimist Club. Since their founding in 1974, the St. Cloud Optimists have donated over 2.5 million dollars to various youth and community programs. Just recently, out of over 2,100 clubs from around the world, the St. Cloud Optimist have been recognized as the Optimist International Club of the Year during their annual conference, an honor that truly can be understood through the long, long list of programs and activities that originate from this group of 100 or so local positive, happy people.
