The History Mystery of Morison County’s only legal execution and more
In 1911 Minnesota abolished legal execution, but before that, Morrison County only had one take place. The execution of Albert Bulow took place in Morrison County on July 19, 1889.
In this History Mystery, KVSC News Director Shay Lelonek talks with Grace Duxbury from the Morrison County Historical Society about the execution of Bulow.
They also talk about an unfortunate lynching that took place a few decades prior where a Native American man was killed, and then talk about the cold case of the murder of Annie Kintop.
