The United Way of Central Minnesota and Catholic Charities present
Arts & Cultural Heritage Producer Jeff Carmack sat down with representatives from the United Way of Central Minnesota and Catholic Charities of St. Cloud to discuss a special photography exhibit hosted at the Paramount Theater’s St. Germain Gallery in June of 2013. It was called “Homeless is my Address . . . Not My Name” and it shed a new light on what is homelessness in our community and what we can do about it.
