The Untold Story of Apollo High School’s Production of War of the Worlds in the Age of COVID

When everything closed up due to COVID, many creative endeavors simply vanished, especially theater, but now, it appears that a new medium has emerged that is giving hope and a sense of creative ownership to the future.

In today’s Untold Story of Central Minnesota, Arts & Cultural Heritage Producer Jeff Carmack talks with Linda McGowan and three Apollo High School theater students about their upcoming performance of The War of the Worlds . . . which has been produced and rehearsed entirely on Google Meet and Zoom.

Apollo’s War of the Worlds goes live on the ISD742.org website at 7:00 pm on Friday, December 4, for on-demand viewing for two weeks and is free and open to the public.

When it does go live, you can link to it here!
