A man has been arrested Tuesday morning after pointing guns at drivers.

Waite Park Police Chief David Bentrud says a caller was driving on Division Street when they noticed a reckless driver. Once both drivers were at a light, 24-year-old Jorge Felix Cazavilla-Torres rolled down his window and started yelling at the caller and pointed his gun.

Officers located Cazavilla-Torres and arrested him on Felony 2nd Degree Assault and took his gun. Cazavilla-Torres is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail.
