Archived: Rocori Superintendent Arrested for Allegedly Exposing Himself To Kwik Trip Employees

The superintendent of the Rocori school district was arrested Sunday after allegedly exposing himself to employees at a Kwik Trip convenience store.

Waite Park police say 56-year-old Scott Staska of Cold Spring went to the Kwik Trip at Great Oak Drive at night and exposed himself to the employees. The police investigation revealed Staska has done this four times before at the same Kwik Trip, going back to early December 2017.

Staska was taken to the Stearns County Jail on misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure. The investigation into Staska’s previous exposures is ongoing. Police say there are no public safety concerns.
