St. Cloud State University has once again made it into Forbes Magazine’s seventh annual America’s Top Colleges ranking.

SCSU has ranked 566th out of 650 colleges and universities across the nation. Forbes has also ranked the school 3rd in the state of Minnesota for affordability. In 2013, St. Cloud State was ranks 504th on the Forbes list.

On the national scale, SCSU ranks 21 in America’s Top Colleges ranking for most affordable schools. According to Forbes, that puts the university in the top 3 percent of most affordable colleges on the list.

In addition to making the Forbes list, Money magazine has listed St. Cloud State University as 257th out of 665 in its inaugural Best Colleges list.

Of the seven public schools in Minnesota, SCSU was 2nd, just behind the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
