St. Cloud drivers should be aware of the partial closure of Veteran’s Drive starting Friday.

The Stearns County Highway Department says the area between 37th Avenue to 25th Avenue North on Veteran’s Drive will be closed for one week to complete resurfacing of the road, a project which began earlier in the summer. Detours will be available from 3rd Street North and 25th Avenue North.

Drivers who don’t have any other way of reaching their destination other than Highway 4 are permitted in the work zone.
