A large shed in Holdingford is considered a complete loss after it was engulfed in flames early Tuesday.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the scene of the fire at 711 Riverside Road shortly after 1 a.m.

The Holdingford Fire Department was able to extinguish the blaze.

Donald and Celia Coffield, both 82-years-old, used it as a woodworking shop and garage. All property inside including two cars and several thousands of dollars worth of woodworking equipment was lost.

The shop was heated by a wood burning stove and officials believe that is where the fire started.

Gold Cross Ambulance also helped at the scene.
