St. Cloud State University and university partner Terra General Contractors of Rogers, Minnesota have received the Minnesota Construction Association’s Project of the Year award for the school’s Shoemaker Hall East and West renovation project.

 

The MCA says qualifications for the award included being led by strong leadership, having a design that stands out above the rest, and one with historical preservation.

 

The $17.4 million renovation of the 100-year-old residence hall began in May 2013 and was completed in May 2014.
