Early Monday morning St. Cloud Police were called to the 200 block of 9th Avenue South in St. Cloud in connection to a burglary call.

32-year-old Steven John Well of St. Cloud fled the scene in a vehicle as officers arrived shortly after 2 a.m. The vehicle chase ended in the 1100 block of 13th Street South. Well attempted to flee on foot but officers quickly tased him and took him into custody.

Well is being held at the Stearns County Jail and is pending charges of 1st degree burglary, fleeing in a motor vehicle, 3rd degree DWI, 2nd degree test refusal, driving after revocation, fleeing police on foot and driving the wrong way on a one way street.
