St. Cloud drivers should plan for road closures near the Paramount Theatre starting Monday at 6 a.m.

The City Engineer’s Office says the northbound lane on 9th and 10th Avenues between 1st Street South and 1st Street North will be reduced to a single lane. During the road closure crews will work to complete construction at the Paramount.

The road will reopen by noon the same day.
