The firework celebration in St. Cloud has announced a few new additions to the festivities.

The St. Cloud Fireworks Committee says that County Music Association Awards Album of the Year winner Little Texas will perform at the "Music in the Park" event at the 2018 St. Cloud Area Fireworks Celebration. They will perform with special guests First Circle and Whiskey Plates.

Little Texas combines modern rock with traditional country styles. Their music is has been featured several TV programs including America’s Got Talent and HBO’s True Blood.

This will be the 72nd consecutive year that the St. Cloud Area has hosted this display, making it the longest-running event in the area. The celebration will be held on July 4, 2018. The "Music in the Park" event will run at Wilson Park from 3 p.m.-10 p.m., when the fireworks are launched.
