St. Cloud folks are invited to the 27th annual Festival of Lights in front of the St. Cloud Hospital Thursday night.

People can visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, enjoy traditional holiday lighting and ride in horse-drawn carriages. Participants can also listen to holiday carols sung by the Tech High School Chamber Choir.

Roads near the hospital will also be closed Thursday due to the Festival of Lights. Drivers should be aware that a section of 14th Street North will be closed where it connects to 6th Avenue. Two blocks of 6th Avenue will also be closed at that intersection.

Roads will close at 5:30 p.m. so the Festival can take place from 6-8 p.m. Road are expected to reopen by 9 p.m.
