A St. Cloud man was arrested on charges of 4th degree DWI after a report of accident in the south side of the city Wednesday night.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says officers responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into a house in the 1300 block of Cypress Road at 11:50 p.m. Officers learned 27-year-old Christopher Lee Martin from St. Cloud ran off the road and hit a house. He also sped across the yard and damaged a second house across the street. Two vehicles parked in one of the garages of the houses were heavily damaged.

Martin was arrested on reported charges of being under influence of a controlled substance. Martin has a previous record of domestic violence. He is in custody at the Stearns County Jail.
