A 45-year-old man was arrested Wednesday, June 25 and is facing charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.

St. Cloud Police Seargent Jason Burke says members of the Criminal Investigation Unit started an investigation of a possible sexual assault in the early hours of Monday morning.

The search lead investigators to arrest Tetyang Puok Juante-Yout at the 1500 block of 6th Avenue South on allegations of assaulting a 9-year-old female family member.

Juante-Yout is currently being held for court at the Stearns County Jail.
