St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis is presenting his review of and vision for the city at an open presentation Tuesday.

The Mayor’s "State of the City" address is taking place Tuesday at City Hall during the lunch hour. Kleis’s presentation begins at 12:30 p.m. and it’s open for anyone to attend.

Kleis has served as St. Cloud’s Mayor since 2005.
