The St. Cloud Metro Bus will be offering free rides next week for voters and veterans.

Metro Bus says St. Cloud will be joining transportation systems across Minnesota by offering free rides on Tuesday, November 8, to encourage voter turnout. All fixed routes will be free, and anyone going to a polling place can get a free round trip with the Dial-a-Ride service.

On Veteran’s Day, Friday, November 11, Metro Bus will be honoring veterans and active military members by giving free rides to anyone with a military ID.

St. Cloud Metro Bus operates 7 days a week and provides more than 2.1 million fixed route and Dial-a-Ride passenger trips annually in St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids and Waite Park.
