Authorities are looking for a level three sex offender registered as homeless in St. Cloud, after he didn’t comply with his required predatory offender registration.

St. Cloud police say 32-year-old Dagan Michael Lasart recently left the St. Cloud area, where he has multiple contacts in the local community.

According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Lasart is 5’8”, approximately 155-pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. His last known location was in Bloomington where he was also registered as homeless, according to law enforcement.

Sergeant Burke of the St. Cloud police says Lasart has a history of non-compliance with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
